The TrustHab Residents App is a free mobile application available on iOS which allows centralized management of multiple IoT devices within the Resident’s unit through your mobile phone connection (4G/3G/2G or WiFi).

• NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TrustHab Residents is completely free. There are no additional charges or subscription fees required in order to be able to use the service. Properties that have a TrustHab platform license provide the TrustHab Residents app as a value-added service to all residents.
• THERMOSTAT: The Thermostat function enables you to enjoy complete control of your HVAC, anytime, anywhere. TrustHab Residents works as an intuitive remote control. Select from 3 modes: Cooling, Heating or Automatic, and use your smartphone to set the desired temperature – no matter where you are. Convenient and easy to use!
• DOOR LOCK: Control your lock without a physical key. Setup is simple, receive access authorization and PIN through a secure invitation from your property manager and voila!
• SWITCHES AND OUTLETS: Control your lights or the intensity of lighting, as well as control devices plugged into your smart outlets, all from the comfort of your chair.
• PUSH NOTIFICATIONS & SENSORS: Stay informed of everything that happens in your room through a myriad of sensors, whether they are opening windows or doors, flooding, smoke or CO detection. All this from the palm of your hand.
• MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT: Available in English and Spanish
• EASE OF VIEWING: Enjoy a modern look and feel. TrustHab Residents conveniently switches to Dark Mode later in the day when the black background tends to be easier on the eyes.
• SUPPORT: Should you experience any technical issues when using TrustHab Products, access our Ticket Support Manager on the App to easily communicate with our team and receive assistance as soon as possible.
